Day 2 of the PIAA Swimming District Championships was nothing short of electrifying for Bellefonte! With just 7 swimmers on the team who all amazingly qualified for districts, we had 3 more athletes on the podium today, adding to the 2 from yesterday! Huge shout out to Turner Malik, who crushed his 500 Freestyle by dropping an amazing 27 seconds to secure 4th place, Sydney Fetters for slashing 5.5 seconds off her 100 Backstroke to claim 4th, and Riley Hoy, who smashed her 100 Breaststroke by dropping 3.4 seconds to finish in 3rd place! What a phenomenal season this has been! These athletes truly deserve a standing ovation!
