I am thankful for the opportunity to be part of the Bellefonte Elementary School family.  There is no other place I would rather be than here with our students, families and the devoted faculty and staff members of BES.  

I have been a member of Bellefonte Area School District since 2018.  Prior to being named principal at Bellefonte Elementary, I served as the vice principal at Bellefonte Area Middle School and then came here to be the vice principal at BES.  I have had the opportunity to be directly involved in the education of students at all levels from kindergarten through twelfth grade.  I have used this variety of experiences to help shape the lens I view education through and am committed to continuing to improve the way I serve our students and our school. 

I am a proud graduate of The Pennsylvania State University and earned my Master's Degree from California University of Pennsylvania.  Throughout my life, public education has opened many doors for me.  I am passionate about working to ensure that the education our students receive helps them to pursue whatever goals they may have and grow as learners and as people.
