Google Meet
Google Meet can be used to host video chats and to livestream video. Google Meet is the recommended tool for video chats since it is included as a core service for G-Suite for Education and is covered under Google's privacy policy. District Google logins gives members access to Hangouts Meet. Students can join video chats using their district logins.

If recording any Google Meet sessions, follow the guidelines in the Supervision, Observation and Accountability document:
Do not record anyone without their consent
Teachers will use Google Meet and/or GoGuardian for live video sessions that include students
Recordings that include students must be password protected and not shared publicly
Teachers who teach the same content more than once will use recordings only to provide instruction to students who are absent and will not record one lesson and then use the recording for other classes
