We will once again be offering summer enrichment courses this year to all current 8th-11th grade students.

Summer enrichment courses allow students to accelerate their learning and/or create additional time in their schedule to take desired electives. Be advised that summer enrichment courses are challenging. Full credit and half credit classes that are normally taken over the course of an entire school year or 4 month semester are compressed into much shorter periods of time. Half credit courses must be completed 10 weeks after registration. Full credit courses are split into 2 halves. Each half must be completed within 10 weeks (total duration of full credit courses is 20 weeks).

Note: Keystone content courses (Algebra 1, Biology, and English 10) are not available though summer enrichment.

Cost is $300 for half credit courses and $600 for full credit courses.

When you register, you will be asked to choose a start date. Please note, no course can be started until payment is received. A single time extension of 7 days is available at the end of each 10-week period for a cost of $50. All course work must be completed by August 25th, 2022 and no extensions will be granted past that point.

Students should expect to complete enrichment courses outside of the normal school day. Students will not be permitted to miss scheduled class time to work on enrichment courses. Students may use study hall/tutorial time to complete enrichment assignments if they have access to necessary computer resources.

Registration deadlines are as follows.

Full credit courses - Monday March 28th, 2022

Half credit courses - Monday June 6th, 2022

Once payment is received, your child will be registered for the selected class(es) and you and your student will receive a confirmation email.

If you are enrolling in summer enrichment courses to make room in your schedule for additional courses next year, you can email your counselor once your registration and payment are complete, and we will adjust your 2022-23 course requests.

Please note:

The NCAA does NOT recognize Summer Enrichment courses in Math, English, Social Studies, Science and Foreign Language as being NCAA compliant. If your child is a prospective student athlete, please see your counselor for additional consultation.
