SINGING VALENTINES
Concert Choir & Drama Club will be pairing with Key Club to offer Singing Valentines in February. These will be sold alongside the usual carnations. Please use this form to register your singing group.
Date: Thursday, February 12 during lunch periods (4, 6 & 8) - participants will be excused near the end of period 3 to prepare and will be late to period 9 so they have time to eat some lunch
Who: singing groups of between 3-8 singers
Each singing group should prepare 3 *short* excerpts from love songs (should be between 45-90 seconds in length). These can be pop tunes, showtunes, or children's songs that are about romantic love, friend love, etc. Songs can be in unison or include harmonization.
Groups should plan to sing their final selections to Mr. Brinser on or before February 6 for final approval.
Customers who buy a Singing Valentine will complete a slip with the name of the recipient, the song they would like to have sung and the lunch period of the recipient. These slips will be given to the appropriate singing group and you will have the entire lunch period to find your people and perform.

A friendly reminder for parents:
Please make sure that you have all your clearances turned in and board approved. Volunteers for ALL backstage help (work calls, show week meals, etc.) must be formally approved by the school board. Forms can be turned in to any of the Performing Arts Staff, and we will make sure that you are board approved and on our list
