The World Languages Department at Bellefonte Area School District provides students with the chance to learn a new language starting as early as third grade. The district offers Chinese, French and Spanish. High school Spanish teacher and department chairwoman Victoria Smith takes the time to chat more about world language opportunities for students and even provides some tips to those who struggle with learning a language.
