Two Bellefonte Area teachers to be honored during Penn State football game

Two teachers at Bellefonte Area School District will be among 10 teachers honored during Educator Appreciation Day at the Penn State football game Nov. 30 against Rutgers. They are Bellefonte Area High School English teacher Ashlie Crosson and Bellefonte Elementary School second-grade teacher Amy Wilson.

Crosson began teaching at the district in 2012; Wilson started at the district in 2014.

Both were nominated for the honor and said it's also an honor to be selected among just 10 other educators.
