The marching band at Bellefonte Area High School has been in full swing preparing for its season, which will kick off with a Fantastic Fantasy theme with music from "Harry Potter," "The Lord of the Rings," "Star Wars" and more. High school Band Director Caleb Rebarchak, in his second year, also talks about upcoming concerts and competitions others bands will be participating in throughout the school year, and what it takes to continue the successful tradition of the program.
