Class of 2009 Important Information:

Your Senior Yearbook will be in full COLOR!!!!

    1.   Important Dates:

           a.    November 7, 2008    Senior Messages are due
           b.    November 7, 2008    1st Grade or Youth Pictures, and/or Personal Senior Portrait are due
           c.    November 7, 2008     PDA ads are due

2.    Forms:

            a.    Senior Letter distributed in homeroom -- Due November 7, 2008
            b.    PDA Advertising Form -- Due November 7, 2008
               c.     Business Advertising From -- Due November 21, 2008
              d.     Jostens Order Form -- if not completed in homeroom and return to Mr. Irwin at the end of homeroom!

Portrait Schedule

SITTING FEE INFORMATION The first option will be: Formal Sitting- $10.00- (4 head and shoulder views, students pick their choice and we will retouch for the yearbook. They will be given a proof CD with instructions. Students should be prepared to pay their sitting fee on the day they are photographed. The second option: Yearbook Only- No Charge - 1 pose will be taken, no choice is available and no retouching done for the yearbook photo.

Boys photos -- Black tux, white shirt, and tie.  Clothes will be provided by the yearbook staff. See illustrations.

Girls photos -- Black formal smock top.  Smock will be provide by the yearbook.  The yearbook staff recommends that you provide an appropriate necklace (pearls or pendants are recommended).  See illustrations.

By November 7, 2008:  The yearbook staff would like a youth or 1st grade photo, and a personal senior portrait photo of your choice for the yearbook section of the 2009 yearbook.  If the yearbook staff does not use the baby photo in the yearbook, then we will pass on a copy of the photo to Mr. Gephart for the senior slide show. 

Yearbooks will go on sale on October 10, 2008.  All orders will be done in homeroom.  NO money is required.  Josten's will bill you later. 

Prices subject to change.  There will be a price increase for spring orders.  ($55+.)

            a.    Price List:  $50  This year's yearbook will once again be entirely in color.

            b.    Jostens Deluxe Package:  $25.99 includes 2-line personalization, Clear Cover,
                   Photo Pockets, Hear the Music CD, Free Icon & Autograph Section. --Package not available in spring '08

            c.    Jostens Basic Package:  $21.99 includes 1-line personalization, Hear the Music CD,
                   Free Icon & Color Autograph Section.--Package not available in spring '08

            d.    Clear Protective Cover:  $3.00

            e.    Autograph Section:  $3.00

            f.    Hear the Music CD  $12.99--Package not available in spring '08

            g.    WorldView Current Events CD $8.50--Package not available in spring '08

Submitting Photos for the 2009 Yearbooks:  website is not set up as of October 10, 2008, but will notify when ready.

Up and running as of October 16, 2008.  Your username is: 1172500, and the password is raiders.  We can not guarantee that your pictures will be in the yearbook, but if they are worthy enough, then we will do our best to get them in the yearbook.  Our staff is always looking for great pictures.  Pictures must be at least 3 megapixels or scanned at 400 dpi.  Save your filename with:  Last name_First name so that we may identify your photo and students in the photo.
