Dear Students, Staff, and Parents:

            Often students, staff, and parents have ideas and/or suggestions they feel will assist us in providing better educational services and a more positive school and work place atmosphere.  Sometimes these suggestions seem to receive little consideration or are not sent through the proper channels.  As a result, we are taking steps to make it easier for you to give us your opinions.

            We have developed an “Action Phone” line dedicated solely for the purpose of taking anonymous calls from you about topics of concern.  The number for the “Action Phone” is 353-2413.  All calls are strictly confidential, and there will be no caller identification system connected to the phone line.

            We will be strategically placing suggestion boxes in each of our schools in hopes that you will feel more comfortable about dropping off feedback while you are visiting our buildings.

            As usual, you may continue to contact our teachers, principals, administration or board members directly if you wish to do so.  We hope you will help us continue our efforts to provide optimal educational and support services.
