The level 3 French course is a continuation of level 2 with more emphasis placed on reading and writing. The grammar includes a review of French levels 1 and 2 with new elements added. The culture of France with related vocabulary is presented by using the topics listed below in the contents sections.

The level 4 French course consists of a detailed study of France. This includes the geography of France, the major regions of France and Paris. The history of France beginning with Prehistoric times and ending with Napoleon is studied intensively. This study includes the science, art, music, and literature of each time period. Grammar will also be reviewed with emphasis placed on writing and speaking.

The level 5 French course will help prepare students for the advanced placement examination in French. Listening comprehension, reading comprehension and free response writing and speaking will be the skills upon which the course will be focused. Vocabulary and structure will be studied to increase the ability of the students in understanding, reading, writing and speaking skills.
