PBS Teachers-Provides classroom materials suitable for a wide range of subjects and grade levels. We provide thousands of lesson plans, teaching activities, on-demand video assets, and interactive games and simulations. Learning Page (Library of Congress)-Over seven million historical documents, photographs, maps, films, and audiorecordings.  Includes lessons, activities and features for using the collections in the classroom.

EDSITEment -Offers a treasure trove for teachers, students, and parents searching for high-quality material on the Internet in the subject areas of literature and language arts, foreign languages, art and culture, and history and social studies. National Archives and Records Administration- The nation's record keeper. Of all documents and materials created in the course of business conducted by the United States Federal government, only 1%-3% are so important for legal or historical reasons that they are kept forever.
Scholastic- Presents the clearest explanation of current affairs and contemporary thought, and to encourage literary appreciation and expression consistent with the understanding and interests of young people at all levels of learning. turnitin- Plagiarism Research Resources is designed to help educators and students develop a better sense of what plagiarism means in the information age, and to teach the planning, organizational, and citation skills essential for producing quality writing and research. Historical Treasure Chest- History and Language Arts activity using primary sources from the past.  By looking closely for details, students can draw conclusions and form a hypotheses about the time period(s) during which they were created. Further research, using secondary sources, will either confirm or challenge their ideas.
