Community Bulletin Procedure Bulletins must be approved by the district and be received from non-profit organizations. Bellefonte Area School District recognizes the important role that nonprofit organizations play in providing educational and cultural programs for district students and their families. To facilitate that communication while at the same time conserving resources, the Community Bulletins portion of the district website allows outside organizations to post announcements. To determine if your organization meets the criteria to post materials on our website, please review the approval process.
