Our children and our schools are the most important asset and resource for the greater Bellefonte Education Community. The Foundation has been established solely to provide special funding for the Bellefonte Area Schools. We will achieve our mission by developing the vision and skills needed to cultivate and strengthen the community to which we belong:

Communities of family and children, of learners and teachers;

Communities of neighborhoods, cities, and nations of caring people and their environments;

Communities of givers and receivers, of those served and those who serve.

Together we are contributing to the building and rebuilding of our own society and future, creating a community that values both the staff and the participants, rewards high performance, encourages continuous improvement, collaboration, and integrity ... made possible through your personal commitment and support.

The Bellefonte Education Foundation is a non-profit organization which is attempting to raise support to enhance the educational opportunities for the students and faculty in our educational community. This is NOT an effort to supplant school district budgets, but a means by which you, as a caring and interested community resident can contribute financial support which will go directly to the advancement of programs you wish to support.

There are many ways for you to actively support The Bellefonte Foundation's drive to provide for the expansion of quality education so that our students, as adults, can successfully meet the challenges and responsibilities of the future.
